About me

For starters, I seem to always need new headshots. I am constantly changing my hair and appearance every few months- I currently have red hair. Hopefully I can maintain this and fight the urge for change tehe.

Let's get some basics out of the way! I was born and raised in a small town -West Plains, MO- and have grown to love the simple life and community here. I am open to travel of course, I actually have a trip planned for San Diego soon to take pictures, so stay tuned!! I travel to Springfield, Branson, Mountain Home, and all the surrounding towns (perks of living in a small town) very often for sessions.

I am definitely a people person. I can talk and make a connection with anyone, I'd say that's the Gemini in me. I love humans, any animal (I have 2 dogs!), Taco Bell, a clean house LOL, river days, and music. I find gratitude in all the little moments in life. Recently I have been growing my relationship with God, and it truly has been a blessing. He has given me the courage and confidence to step out of my comfort zone and improve my life. This makes wedding days even more special and meaningful to me, and I often find myself tearing up during ceremonies and witnessing the Love.

My goal is to always feel like a friend to my clients, and so far I have succeeded. For all my seniors and couples I do, we often find ourselves talking throughout the entire session and having long conversations afterwards. Even texting weeks before and after the sessions! I truly have had an amazing clientele this year. For my brides, it is definitely a commitment. Often times wedding photographers get booked at least a year in advance, which means we get even longer to communicate with each other. I do consultation calls, can help with planning and timelines, and do many check ins until the wedding day. Once I am there, I am there for you in many ways. I will do my job, but also go beyond and talk to you throughout the day. I have had some pretty deep talks with Brides I still remember and cherish, by the end of the night I am always sad to leave! But it is amazing afterwards getting to deliver such special images and get feedback.
